Hello and Welcome!

My name is Sharon and I’m passionate about helping women navigate their midlife challenges so they can enter the next phase of their lives with confidence and purpose.

It may feel like the fire within you has died, but I assure you it is not dead.  The embers are still glowing and all we need to do is fan those embers to reignite the fire!

What is a health coach?

Simply stated, a health coach educates, supports and motivates people to achieve their health and wellness goals.  How do we do that?  By offering curated information through a step-by-step system of support and accountability that fosters long-term habit and lifestyle changes.

Most of our behaviour occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands.

That’s why we struggle to make changes that last.  Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.

This is why the majority of dieters who lose weight gain it back again. And how many times have you made the same New Year’s resolution without success?

What’s likely been missing is the right SYSTEM, ongoing SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY that health coaches provide.  We help you stay motivated and follow through to get the results that have eluded you in the past.

How I can help…


Are you suffering from chronic fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, weight gain, hot flashes or difficulty sleeping?   These are all common symptoms experienced by middle-aged women worldwide whether they are perimenopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal.  You are not alone and you don’t have to go through it alone!  I’ve been there so I know how challenging it can be.

The good news is, there are many ways to mitigate and even overcome these symptoms.

Midlife is not only a time of transition, it can also be a time of transformation!

It’s an opportunity to let go of the old to make room for the new.  This is where my knowledge, experience and coaching skills can help.

My coaching style is one of compassion and understanding.  There is no judgment, only curiosity.  Having been through the midlife transition myself, I will meet you wherever you are on your journey and will use my experience to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.  I’ll be your guide, your cheerleader and I will help you stay on track through the inevitable challenges that arise.
